This weekend, in an effort to find more outdoor activities with my family, I bought us all kayaks. I named my “The Impulse”. No, not because of Star Trek.
Because of the definition of impulse: “A sudden wish or urge that prompts an unpremeditated act or feeling“. So far, we have spent quite a number of hours on the water by our house. We’ve really enjoyed it so far; even though they cost me an arm and a leg, and an extreme amount of buyer’s remorse. I hope we get to use them every weekend of the summer, and get some great exercise in. After 4-5 hours on the water my shoulder’s felt like jello.
